GREENWOOD, Ind. – University of Wisconsin-Stout Polytechnic senior Leah Zastrow has been named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America® Women's Division III Track & Field/Cross Country Team, earning second-team honors.
Zastrow, a business administration major with a 3.93 cumulative grade point average, capped one of the most decorated careers in Blue Devil track and field history by combining national success on the runway with excellence in the classroom.
During the 2026 indoor season, Zastrow competed in eight meets and won the WIAC pole vault title before capturing the NCAA Division III national championship in the event with a school-record clearance of 4.15 meters. She also earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
In the outdoor season, Zastrow again competed in eight meets, breaking her own school record with a vault of 4.06 meters. She finished second in the pole vault at the WIAC Outdoor Championships before placing third at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships to earn All-America honors. She was also recognized as a CSC Academic All-District selection and a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete.
Over her career, Zastrow established herself as one of the premier pole vaulters in NCAA Division III history. She earned five First Team All-America honors, one Second Team All-America honor, won two WIAC indoor pole vault championships, and was a three-time USTFCCCA All-Region selection.
Academically, Zastrow has been equally accomplished. She is a three-time CSC Academic All-District selection, a two-time USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete, and a four-time member of the WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll.
The CSC Academic All-America® program recognizes student-athletes for their combined excellence in athletics and academics. The Division III Academic All-America® program is financially supported by the NCAA Division III national governance structure to assist College Sports Communicators in administering the awards program.
