FOOTBALL

The Blue Devils won the Culver's Isthmus Bowl 31-23 over WashU Saturday in Sun Prairie. 

After falling behind 17-0 early in the second quarter, the Blue Devils responded with 31 unanswered points to take control of the game and never relinquished the lead again.

Adam Moen finished with 150 yards passing and two touchdowns while rushing for 78 yards and another score and was named the game's MVP. Chandler Ross powered the ground game with 118 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries. Devonte Evans led all Stout receivers with three catches for 59 yards and two scores.

The win was the program first-ever postseason win.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

The Blue Devil women's basketball team set several school records in a 113-17 win over Maranatha Baptist last week. Stout set program marks in most points, largest margin of victory, most field goals made, and most assists.

Brooklynn Birt was perfect from the floor in Stout's record-breaking win over Maranatha Baptist. The freshman was 9-9 from the floor for 23 points in 22:28 minutes (her first career 20-point game). She pulled down a career-high 12 rebounds for her second double-double of the season. She added four blocks and three steals. Her perfect 9-9 shooting percentage was the first perfect game (9 shot minimum) by any WIAC player since 2011.

The Blue Devils will travel to St. Paul, Minn., on Tuesday, Nov. 25, to face Hamline University for a 5:30 p.m. tip-off..

MEN'S BASKETBALL

The Blue Devil men's basketball team went 1-1 last week, defeating Maranatha Baptist 85-56 at home and falling to No. 12 Calvin University 81-66 on the road.

Domanyck Schwarzenberger was one of four Blue Devils who scored in double figures against MBU. He, Mason Stoik, and Wesley Mboga all scored 14 points. Aidan Shore scored 11 and pulled down eight rebounds. Schwarzenberger added 17 points against Calvin, going 12-12 from the free-throw line.

Stout will travel to St. Paul, Minn. on Tuesday, Nov. 25 for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off with the Pipers, and then travel to Bloomington, Ill. to face Illinois Wesleyan on Saturday, Nov. 29 for a 12 p.m. tip-off.
