Goodman Named WIAC Kwik Trip Football Defensive Player of the Week

MADISON - UW-Stout's Dawson Goodman was named WIAC Kwik Trip Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 20-26.
 

Dawson Goodman, a junior defensive back from Chippewa Falls, Wis., led the Blue Devil defense with 15 total tackles (7 solo) against UW-Stevens Point on Oct. 25. He scored the first points of the game on a 30-yard pick six, jumping the route and racing in untouched on just the second Pointer possession of the game. He also added a pass break up as the Blue Devils defense held UW-Stevens Point to just 154 passing yards.
