Seidl Named WIAC Kwik Trip Men's Defensive Player of the Week and to D3football.com Team of the Week

MADISON - UW-Stout's Blaine Seidl was named WIAC Kwik Trip Football Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 6-12. He was also named to the D3football.com Team of the Week. 
 

Blaine Seidl, a senior linebacker from Medford, Wis., led the Blue Devil defense with a career-high 13 total tackles (10 solo), 2.5 sacks (16 yards), and 5 tackles for loss (24 yards) and a pass break up in UW-Stout's 27-16 win over No. 11-ranked UW-Oshkosh. He had three TLF's and a sack early in the third quarter to help turn the momentum over to the Blue Devils.
