ONALASKA, Wis. – Sydney Grimm won, and
Julia Imai tied for second as the UW-Stout women's golf team won the UW-La Crosse Fall Invite at The Golf Club at Cedar Creek.
Stout beat four other WIAC schools at the invite with a two-day score of 613 (298-315) to win by 12 strokes.
Grimm shot a tournament low 70 in the first round and followed it up with a 77 on day-two to win by two strokes with a 147. Teammate Imai tied for second, shooting a 75-75-149.
Abby Terada placed fourth with a 77-78-155. Brinn Neumann took 11
th with a 76-86-162.
Hallie Tulip tied for 24
th with a 29 over 85-86-171.
Kaitlyn Bohl tied for 27
th with a 86-87-173.
Cassie Santelman placed 32
nd with a 89-87-176 and
Avery Meyer tied for 33
rd with a 91-86-177.

The Blue Devils will compete next weekend, Sept. 22-23, at the UW-Whitewater Fall Invitational at TPC Wisconsin in Madison.
