Blue Devil women's golf in fifth after first day of St. Kate's meet

STILLWATER, Minn. (September 24, 2022) - After the first day of the St. Catherine's Invitational, the UW-Stout women's golf team was in fifth place at Oak Glen Golf Course.

Junior Abbey Filipiak is in a tie for sixth place with a 75 and freshman Hallie Tulip is in a tie for 19th with a 79. Liz Rohl and Sydney Grimm are in a tie for 39th with an 84. Em Humphrey is tied for 61st with an 88. Grace Warrner is tied for 69th with a 92. Madeline Kiley is tied for 74th with a 98. Andrea Smith is 76th with a 102. 

As a team, Stout recorded 322 strokes. Host St. Catherine leads the meet with a 298. 

The meet is slated to conclude Sunday, Sept. 25 at Eagle Valley Golf Club.
