St. Kate's Fall Invitational
STILLWATER, Minn. (September 25, 2021) - UW-Stout was fourth of 14 teams after the first day of the St. Kate's Fall Invitational Saturday at Oak Glen Golf Course.
Abbey Filipiak was tied for third with a first round 75. Filipiak opened with a double-bogey on the 348-yard first hole, but played three birdies throughout the day to get back into contention. Filipiak played 13 holes at even or under.
Sydney Grimm and
Kendra Swanson were in a tie for 29th following a first-round 85. Gracer Warrner was tied for 50th with an 89 and
Madeline Kiley was in 78th with a 106.
The invitational will conclude Sunday, Sept. 26.Â
