Imai Places 10th at Wisconsin State Women’s Open

STEVENS POINT – UW-Stout's Julia Imai tied for 10th at the Sentry Wisconsin State Women's Open, held June 15-17 at SentryWorld.

The two-time WIAC Player of the Year finished with a three-round total of 15-over-par 231 (73-73-85) to tie for 10th after advancing to the final round in the 72-player field.

Imai opened the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 73 to sit in third place entering the final round. She was one of 24 players to make the 36-hole cut before carding an 85 in the final round to finish tied for 10th in the 54-hole championship.
