MRYTLE BEACH, S. C. – Hannah Zastrow, High Jump and 100M Hurdles, and
Connor Walechka, Hammer Throw, earned All-American honors at the 2024 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships.
Zastrow was named an All-American in both the women's high jump and the 100-meter hurdles. After running a 14.09 in the prelims of the 100-meter hurdles to secure the final spot in the finals, she ran a personal best and broke her own school record with a time of 13.87 to place fourth. She placed seventh in the high jump with a mark of 1.68 meters (5'6").
Walecka earned All-American status when he threw a personal best 60.24 meters (197' 8") in the men's hammer throw to place seventh.
Lawson Davis tied for 16
th in the men's high jump with a mark of 2.00-meters (6' 6.75").
Brandon Dick placed 12
th in the decathlon with 6585 points. He won the shot put with a throw of 12.03 meters. He placed second in both the 400-meters with a time of 49.38 seconds, and the 1500-meters with a time of 4:37.64.
Nate Karau placed 16
th in the men's discus throw with a throw of 46.69-meters (153' 2").
Jack Roeber placed 12
th in the triple jump with a jump of 14.56 meters (47' 9.75"). He also placed 11
th in the long jump with a jump of 7.11 meters (23' 4").
Lilly Roberts ran a 1:06.55 in her heat of the women's 400-meters hurdles.
Leah Zastrow placed 11
th in the women's pole vault with a vault of 3.76 meters (12' 4").
