Molly Garber Named Kwik Trip Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week

MADISON - UW-Stout's Molly Garber was named WIAC Kwik Trip Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 14-20.

Garber, a freshman from Blaine, Minn., went 2-0 during the week at No. 1 singles, securing straight-set wins against Sailor Mohlenbrock of Bethany Lutheran College (Minn.) and Elif Oezen of UW-Superior. Garber defeated Mohlenbrock 6-2, 6-1 helping lead the Blue Devils to a non-conference victory over the Vikings. Garber added an impressive 6-0, 6-4 win over UW-Superior to finish the regular season.
