WHITEWATER - Kaden Martin won the men's 110 meter hurdles to led the UW-Stout men's track and field team to a fifth place finish at the 2023 WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships presented by Culver's. The Blue Devil women's team also finished fifth.
Martin, won the 110 meter qualifying with a time of 14.44 seconds. He followed that up with a 14.33 time in the finals to become the 2023 WIAC champion.
The Stout men and women each took fifth in the team standings. The men finished with 78 points and the women's team compiled 57 points.
ALL-CONFERENCE
Long Jump: Jenna Driscoll took second in the women's long jump with a mark of 5.52 meters(18' 1.50").
Pole Vault: Mason Barth placed second with a jump of 4.85 meters(15' 11").
Shot Put: Karter Rashke placed second with a throw of 15.68 meters(51' 5.50").
Javelin: Mason Barth placed second with a mark of 56.54 meters(185' 6") and
Nate Karau took third with a throw of 55.17 meters(181' 0").
1500-meters: Lance Pfrimmer placed third with a time of 3:58.77.
10,000-meters: Matthew Ryan placed third with a time of 30:53.16.

100 meter hurdles: Kaylie Raths placed fourth with a time of 14.91.
Caitlin Harrison took fifth (14.96) and
Lilly Roberts took seventh (15.04).
110 meter hurdles: Mason Barth placed sixth with a time of 14.72.
Carter Wente took eighth (14.82).
400 meter hurdles: Nolan Zachgo placed eighth with a time of 55.56 seconds.
800-meters: Lance Pfrimmer placed sixth with a time of 1:53.76.
1500-meters: Brekkyn Lammert placed eighth with a time of 4:42.77.
3000-meter Steeplechase: Mckayla Felton took fifth with a time of 11:13.72.
5000-meters: Mckayla Felton placed sixth with a time of 18:18.60 and
Olivia Donohue took seventh (18:24.82).
10,000-meters: Libby Meyer took fifth with a time of 38:17.27.
Discus Throw: Nate Karau placed fourth with a throw of 49.79 meters(162' 4").
High Jump: Tegan Roder placed fourth with a mark of 1.56 meters (5' 1.25").
Javelin: Charlie Maier took fifth in the men's event with a throw of 48.59 meters (159' 5").
Lexi Cole took fourth in the women's with a throw of 36.54 meters (150' 10"), and
Raegan Sorensen took fifth with a throw of 36.29 meters (119' 1").
Pole Vault: Abi Weishoff took sixth with a height of 3.61 meters (11' 10").
Triple Jump: Jack Roeber took eighth with a mark of 13.99 meters (45' 10.75").
