MENOMONIE - The University of Wisconsin-Stout men's and women's track and field team will send six athletes to compete at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships, scheduled for March 13-14, 2026, at the Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, Ala.
Women's Team Qualifiers:
- Leah Zastrow: The WIAC pole vault champion owns the nations best vault clearing 4.13 meters (13' 6.5"). She has set the school record twice this season and had four vaults over four meters.
- Raegan Sorensen: Qualified in the pole vault, She has the seventh best vault in the nation this season, clearing 3.97 meters. Sorensen placed sixth to podium at the WIAC Championships.
Men's Team Qualifiers:
- Thomas Casey: Advanced to the championships in the 60 meter hurdles. His personal best time of 8.09 seconds at the UW-la Crosse Pat Healy Classic is the 13th fastest time in the country in 2026.
- Braden Krystosek: qualified after clearing a personal best 4.95 meters (16' 2.75") in the pole vault at the UW-Lacrosse Final Qualifier to tie or 15th in the nation.
- Sam Knox: qualified after clearing a personal best 4.95 meters (16' 2.75") in the pole vault at the UW-Lacrosse Final Qualifier to tie or 15th in the nation.
- Karter Rashke: has the fifth best throw in the nation in the shot put with a 17.18 meter (58' 5.25") toss at the Warren Bowlus Invite on Jan. 30. He placed second at the WIAC Championships.
