ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - McKayla Felton ran a personal best to lead the Blue Devil women's Cross Country team to a 10th place overall finish and
Ian Williams paced the men's team to ninth place finish at the the Augustana Interregional Invitational Saturday afternoon.
Felton's personal best time of 22:06 was good for 16th place overall.
Arely Jaime Luevano finished 72nd in 23:29,
Claudia Lasiowski was five seconds behind in 79th place with a time of 23:34, just back with a 23:36 was
Brekkyn Lammert.
Olivia Donohue and
Jessi Salimes finished with identical times of 23:47 and
Libby Meyer crossed the line in 23:59.
Williams led the men with a 30th place finish with a time of 25:11. Matthew Thomas took 54th with a time of 25:31 in the 8k.
Max Fore (25:41) and
Eli Marszalek (25:43) finished two seconds apart.
Andrew Carlson rounded out the scoring five with a 25:48.
Calvin Fiala (25:53) finished 88th.
Alex Suelflow was 97th with a 25:57.
Colin Hanson was 130th (26:11),
Damon Zielke finished 157th (26:19),
Max Bailey finished in 26:28 to cross the line in 175th place,
Nels Trandahl was 188th with a 26:32 and
Nick Stitzer finished with a 26:48.
