EAU CLAIRE – The UW-Stout gymnastics teams dropped a dual meet 186.375-189.525 with UW-Eau Claire Friday night at McPhee Physical Education Center.
Jessica Qualich won the vault with a score of 9.800.
Stout started on the uneven bars scoring 44.200.
Jamie Beatty tied for first with a 9.625.
Sarah Lutz tied for third with a 9.400.
Jaidyn Carroll scored a 8.800
Stout rebounded with a win on the vault with a 47.700.
Jessica Qualich set a personal best with a 9.800 to tie for the second highest score in school history.
Kendra Henige was second with 9.600. And Carroll scored 9.475 to place sixth.
The Blue Devils won the floor exercise with a score of 47.950.
Jamie Beatty won with a 9.675. Qualich was just behind with a 9.650. and
Sarah Lutz tied for third with a 9.625.
Stout closed the meet with a 46.525 on the balance beam.
Cora Cardellino tied for fourth with a 9.450. Beatty scored 4.450 and
Reesi Williams with seventh with a 9.425.
The Blue Devils will be in action next weekend when they travel to Whitewater, Wis. for a dual meet with the Warhawks on Saturday, Feb. 14 at 4 p.m. in the Williams Center.
