LA CROSSE – The UW-Stout Gymnastics team dropped a dual meet with UW-La Crosse 191.475-187-650 Friday night at Mitchell Hall Gymnasium.
The Blue Devils and Eagles tied on the vault with a 47.475.
Jessica Qualich won the apparatus with a 9.625.
Taylar Schaefer tied for fourth with a 9.550.
Stout scored a 45.125 on the uneven bars.
Gillian Cummins tied for first with a 9.625.
Stout scored a 47.625 on the balance bean.
Effie Ferguson tied for second with a 9.725.
The Blue Devils scored 47.425 on the floor exercise.
Kaylie Kassing tied for sixth with a 9.550.
Cummins won the all-around with a 37.450.
Jamie Beatty was second with a 37.275 and
Taylar Schaefer was third with a 37.025.
The Blue Devils will return home to host Simpson College in a dual meet on Friday, Feb 14 at 6 p.m. in the Johnson Fieldhouse.
