MENOMONIE - The Blue Devils rolled to a 187.600-182-225 win in their home opener over UW-Eau Claire Friday night. Stout swept all four events
Stout won the vault with a 47.250. Stout took the top four spots, led by
Gillian Cummins who scored a season-high 9.600.
Kiara Brown scored a 9.500 to place second.
Anna Mielke was third with a 9.425 and Taylar Schaeffer was fourth with a 9.400.Â
Despite a couple of falls on the uneven bars, Stout won with a score of 44.825.
Kiara Brown won with a 9.525.
Sarah Lutz finished fourth with a 9.175 and
Teagan Green was fifth with a 9.00.
Stout won the balance beam by over three points with a 47.900.
Effie Ferguson won with a season-high 9.775.
Gillian Cummins and
Ashtyn Gagner tied for second with a 9.600. Cummins score was a personal best.Â
Stout completed the sweep with a 47.625 on the floor.
Kiara Brown and
Effie Ferguson tied for second with a 9.625.Gillain Cummins was fourth with a 9.575 and
Anna Mielke was fifth with a 9.500.
Cummins won the all-around with a 36.925.Â
The Blue Devils will be back in action next Friday, Feb. 2 when they host Gustavus Adolphus. The meet is set to start at 6 p.m. from the Johnson Fieldhouse.Â
