Twin Cities Classic Second DayÂ
RAMSEY, Minn (September 25, 2022) - The UW-Stout men's golf team slipped a couple of spots to 15th on the second day of the Twin Cities Classic at The Links at Norfolk Sunday.
The Blue Devils are in 15th place after two days of competition, while the Blue Devils' second team stayed steady at 14th.
Of the 12 Blue Devil golfers, only
Eugene Gregorich was able to break 80 Sunday afternoon. The Blue Devil sophomore shot up 35 spots on the leaderboard and is currenlty tied for 59 after hitting a 78 on the second day. Combined with his first day score of 84, Gregorich, who is playing on the second team, has a two-day score of 162. Â
Austin Gaby currently leads Stout and is tied for 35th place, after posting a first day score of 77 and a second day score of 81 and combined for a 158.
Hunter Neumann (83-81),
Adam Schilawski (76-88) and
Matt Mueller (81-83) are tied for 74th with a two day scored of 164.
Cole Noreen is tied for 79th (78-87 - 165) and
Scott Springer is tied for 92nd (85-84 - 169).
Dalton Anderson is leading the second team and is in a tie for 49th (74-86 - 160).
Garret Sigl (81-18) is tied with Gregorich for 59th. Ansem Nomm (82-88 - 177) is tied for 95th.
Owen Moesch (93-84 - 177)  is tied for 103rd.Â
As a team, Stout has scored 314-333 - 647, while the Blue Devils' second team has scored 316-328 - 644.Â
