Luther College Saga Cup
DECORAH, Iowa (November 5, 2021) - UW-Stout's top two finishers at the Luther College Saga Cup Friday set personal best finishes on the 6-kilometer course.
Freshman
Kayla Harris finished ninth in a time of 24-minutes, 6.57-second to lead the Blue Devils, besting a time of 24:12.81 she set at the Tori Neubauer Invitational two weeks ago. Fellow freshman
Cierra Johnshoy finished 19th in a collegiate-best time of 24:52.33, topping a mark she set at the Neubauer Invitational (24:50.05).
Libby Meyer placed 24th (25:03.51), Nicole Harrison was 30th (25:25.73),
Olivia Donohue was 34th (25:44.50),
Tegan Roder was 43rd (26:45.58),
Kayla Lemke was 47th (27:08.67), and
Katelyn Knapp was 52nd (27:52.17).
Lemke also set a new collegiate-best time by more than a minute, going past a time of 28:23.81 she set at the Neubauer Invite.
The Blue Devils will compete at the NCAA Division III North Regional Saturday, Nov. 13 at Whitetail Golf Course.
