UW-Stout 186.800, UW-Eau Claire 182.625EAU CLAIRE (March 6, 2015) - UW-Stout captured all five top individual first place finishes and
Kenzie Hyde (Fr, Sunderland, Ontario) won two first place finishes as the Blue Devils defeated UW-Eau Claire, 186.80-182.625, Friday, at McPhee Center.
Hyde set a collegiate high score by taking the all-around with a mark of 37.450. Hyde won the vault, matching a career-best with a mark of 9.650. The Blue Devils took six of the top seven spots on the vault.
Kelly Huseman (So, Tampa, Fla)Â finished third (9.450) and
Randi Schorzman (Jr, Buckley, Wash)Â finished fourth (9.40).
Sara Perez (Jr, Tigard, Ore) was first on the uneven bars with a career-best score of 9.550.
Stephanie Shields (Fr, Forest Lake, Minn) set a career-best on the balance beam, winning the event with a mark of 9.400.
Kaylee Jondahl (Jr, Anoka, Minn) finished on top of the floor exercise with a score of 9.675. Jondahl finished second in the all-around with a score of 37.225.
Stout will be at the WIAC Championship/NCGA West Regional, Sunday, March 15, at Hamline University.
