MENOMONIE (November 18, 2015) - The UW-Stout Reserve squad battled UW-Barron County and ran away with a 92-74 victory Tuesday at Johnson Fieldhouse.
Two Blue Devils players scored double-doubles with
Mason Elsen (Jr, Nekoosa) hitting for 11 points and 13 rebounds while point guard
Caleub Watkins (Fr, Eleva) scored 13 points and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Leading scorer
Justin Thomas (Fr, Arcadia) was one rebound shy of a third double-double as he scored 24 points and grabbed nine rebounds.
UWBC launched 38 three balls in the loss with Luke McGowan scoring 31 points.
The Blue Devils travel to Waverly, Iowa, Friday to take on Monmouth College in the Buzz Levick Tournament held at Wartburg College.
