MENOMONIE (February 14, 2014) - UW-Stout, led by
Kaylee Jondahl (Fr. Anoka, Minn.) swept all four events on their way to defeating Gustavus Adolphus 181.375-170.500 on senior night at Johnson Fieldhouse.Â
Jondahl took first place in three events helping lead the Blue Devils to victory. Her scores of 9.450 on the vault, 9.200 on the bars and 9.625 on the floor were all good for first place. Jondahl's scores on the bars and floor were both personal best.
Katherine Prouty (Jr. Portland, Ore.) added a 9.200 of her own on the bars to match Jondahl's top score.Â
Kelly Huseman matched a personal best on the bars with a score of 9.150. The Blue Devils had four top five finishes on the vault, bars and floor, and added three top five finishes on the beam.
Randi Schorzman (So, Buckley, Wash) captured the top spot onthe blanace beam with a 9.35.
Kaitlynn Christensen (Sr, Ottawa, Ill) took a pair of second place finishes on the balance beam (9.15) and the floor exercise (9.325).
The Gusties were led by Jamie Ries who finished fifth on the vault and bars, as well as finishing fourth and sixth on the beam and floor respectively.Â
Stout will next compete at the University of Nebraska on Sunday, February 23rd at 2 p.m.
