Mai Nou Vang was named WIAC Kwik Trip Women's Lacrosse Attacker of the Week for the week of Feb. 2-8.
Mai Nou Vang, a senior midfielder from Green Bay, Wis., scored three goals and added three assists for six points in UW-Stout's season-opening game against Calvin College (Mich.) in Eau Claire on Feb. 7. She assisted on three straight goals all within a 1:40 span in the 3rd quarter. Later in the third, Vang scored three goals as the Blue Devils rallied to cut the deficit. She had seven shots, five on goal (SOG% .714) while adding five draw controls and two ground balls.
