MENOMONIE – UW-Stout defensive back
Brooks Brewer was named D3football.com Preseason second-team All-American.
Brewer, a defensive back from Menomonie and 2025 team captain, received second-team All-WIAC and D3football.com second-team All-Region honors in 2024 as a sophomore. He played all 11 games, leading the WIAC with 103 tackles (44 solo, 59 assisted), recording 1.5 tackles for loss, tying for the conference lead with four interceptions, and adding five pass breakups.
The Blue Devils open the 2025 season on Saturday, Sept. 6 when the host University of Dubuque at 1 p.m. at Williams Stadium.
