Blue Devils Football Releases 2025 Schedule

MENOMONIE – The University of Wisconsin-Stout Blue Devils football has released its schedule for the 2025 season.

The Blue Devils finished the 2024 season with a 6-5 record and qualified for the Culver's Isthmus Bowl, their first postseason appearance since the 2000 season. Stout set school records for most points in a season with 370, quarterback Adam Moen became the third Blue Devil to throw for over 3000 yards and kicker Luke Cool set numerous school records in his All-American season.

In 2025, the Blue Devils will play ten games, five home at Williams Stadium and five on the road. Stout will play three non-conference and seven WIAC games. In non-conference play, Stout will play two defending conference champions and NCAA Division III playoff qualifiers.

The Blue devils open the season on Saturday Sept. 6 when they host first-time opponent University of Dubuque.

The following week Stout will welcome the Wartburg College Knights to Williams Stadium for the first time since the 2015 season. Last season Wartburg won the American Rivers Conference and advanced to the third round of the NCAA Division III Tournament.

Stout will close non-conference play in St. Paul, Minn. when they face the 2024 UMAC Champion University of Northwestern (Minn.) on Sept. 20 at Reynolds Field.

After the bye week Stout will begin WIAC play, opening on the road in Eau Claire, Wis. looking for their 10th straight "War on 94"win over the Blugolds at Carson Park.

The Blue Devils will host Oshkosh, Stevens Point, and River Falls and will travel to Whitewater, La Crosse and Platteville.

Senior Day will be on Sept. 13 when Stout hosts Wartburg. Homecoming is set for Oct. 25 against Stevens Point.

Stout will begin spring practices in early April.
