MINNEAPOLIS – The Blue Devils had 18 top-four finishes at the Gopher Classic Saturday.
Hannah Zastrow won the women's 60-meter hurdles with a 8.73
Megan Liebers was third with a9.50. In the men's race,
Thomas Casey was fifth with a 8.25.
Zastrow was second in the women's high jump with a 1.65-meter mark.
Tegan Roder was fourth with a 1.50 and
Claire Michaelson was fifth at 1.45 meters.
In the men's high jump,
Matthew Binstock and
Ethan Rupakus both cleared 1.95 meters and
Caleb Whitney,
Noah Flood Elyafi and
Lawson Davis all cleared 1.90 meters.
Jenna Driscoll placed second in the women's 60-meter dash with a time of 7.87 seconds.
Lilly Gamache was fifth with a time of 8.00 seconds flat.
In the men's 200-meters,
James John placed second with a time of 22.77 seconds.
Thomas Casey was third with a 23.01 and Malachy Driscoll and Jonny Gams tied for fifth with a 23.
Braden Krystosek and
Sam Knox both cleared 4.57 meters in the pole vault.
Mason Petrowitz was fourth with a 4.42-meter vault.
Leah Zastrow was fourth in the women's pole vault with a vault of 3.67 meters.
Lina Gustafson was fifth with a vault of 3.52 meters.
Jenna Driscoll placed second in the women's long jump with a jump of 5.53 meters.
Ally Amundson's six marks were all over 10.38 meters in the triple jump with a long of 10.70 meters to place third.
Isabelle Jaenicke was fourth with a 10.57-meter jump and
LaRissa Block was fifth with a10.08-meter mark.
In the men's triple,
Jack Roeber was third with a 13.79 mark. And
Matthew Binstock was fifth with a mark of 13.23 meters.

The Blue Devils return home to host the Stout Quad on Friday, Feb. 14. The meet starts at 4 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room in the Sports and Fitness Center.
