Tennis team wraps up fall season at conference tournament

2017 WIAC Tennis Championship | WIAC Tennis Championship results

MADISON (October 22, 2017) - UW-Stout finished fifth at the 2017 WIAC Women's Tennis Championship, presented by Culver's, and finished the season fifth overall after finishing fifth in dual matches throughout the season.

Kennedy Kleist finished fourth at No. 6 singles and paired with Gabe Kelch to finish fourth at No. 3 doubles.

Kelch finished fifth at No. 5 singles and Linsey Thisius and Katie Kreibich placed fifth at No. 1 doubles.

Kreibich placed sixth at No. 2 singles, Annie Sandry was sixth at No. 3 singles and Jenna Welke was sixth at No. 4 singles. Welke and Sandry were sixth at No. 2 doubles. Thisius placed seventh at No. 7 singles.

Kreibich was selected to the All-Sportsmanship team.
