Brody Fox came within one point of the UW-Stout individual single game scoring record when he scored 42 points in a 125-119 win over Greenville University, Dec. 13, in Menomonie. Fox was 15 of 20 from the floor and 12 of 18 from the line. Fox finished the game with career-best marks of points (42), rebounds (13) and assists (5). Fox scored 17 points in the first half, 25 in the second half. Fox, who has come off the bench in all 10 games, saw his scoring average jump up more than three points. Fox was averaging 6.1 points per game but saw his average jump to 9.7 points after the Greenville game. The Blue Devils broke the team single-game scoring record with 125 points and Fox’s two free throws made put Stout over the mark.
