2021: selected to the indoor WIAC All-Sportsmanship team...qualified to NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the shot put, finishing 11th with a mark of 51-feetm 1.75-inches, finishing 12th...placed fifth at WIAC Outdoor Championship in shot put (50-4.75), eighth in discus (career-best 156-10), 16th in hammer (150-3)...set career-high in hammer with third place finish at Norse Invite (164-10)...indoors, finished second WIAC Last Chance Meet in shot put (53-9) and third in weight throw (career-best 58-10.25)...set career-best mark in shot put with toss of 58-10.25 in dual meet with La Crosse...first in shot put at Eau Claire Dual (52-8)...

2020: competed in six meets in shot put and weight throw...scored a career-best shot put toss of 52-9.50 in placing seventh at WIAC Championship, Feb. 29, a mark that is sixth all-time...captured third place finishes in shot put at both home meets, the UW-Stout Open (51-0.75) and Warren Bowlus Open (51-3).

2019: competed in seven indoor meets and six outdoor meets...took 12th place in shot put with distance of (53-1) in the indoor WIAC Championship...placed seventh in shot put with a distance of (49-2.50), placed 19th in discus with a distance of (134-4), and 19th in hammer with a distance of (147-8) all in the outdoor WIAC Championship...

2018:  competed in five outdoor meets....competed in six indoor meets... best distance for shot put (14.55m)  at WIAC indoor Championship in 12th place... disc throw best distance (44.88m) at Taco Twilight Tuesday finished in 6th place... Hammer throw best distance (33.77m) at Phil Esten Challenge in UW-La Crosse...
