Outdoor: competed in 1500m, 5000m, 3000m steeplechase, high jump, and javelin... received individual All-Academic honors...
Indoors: competed in 3000m...recored best time of 8:56.86 at the Titan Invite...

2018:
Outdoor: competed javelin only...finished 12th in javelin at WIAC Championship...took eighth place finish at UW-Platteville in javelin with season-best throw of 154-2.
Indoor: competed in mile run and 3000-meter...ran career-best 8:48.83 in 3000m in placing fifth at St. Thomas Showcase...ran season-best time of 4:30.01 at Big Dawg Invitational in mile run.

2017:
team captain...Outdoor: placed fifth at WIAC Championship in 3000m in time of 9:35.14...ran 16:09.99 at Eagle Open...ran 800m (1:58.72), 1500m (3:59.50) and threw javelin (145-8).


2016:
Indoor
competed in the mile (4:21.77), 3000-meter (8:50.45) and the high jump (5-11.25)...
Outdoor
competed in the javelin where he placed sixth at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a career-best toss of 167-10...
