BLUE DEVIL CAREER
2025 (Senior): Indoor Track- competed in nine meets • won the 60H and took second in the high jump at the WIAC Championships • USTFCCCA All-Region in both the hurdles and high jump • placed third in the 60 hurdles and sixth in the high jump to earn All-American honors in both at the NCAA DIII National Championships • WIAC Track Athlete of the Week Jan 27- Feb. 2 • Outdoor Track- competed in eight meets • season bests in the 100H (13.92), and high jump (1.71m) • placed second in the high jump with a personal best and second best mark in school history (1.71) and placed seventh in the 100H at NCAA DIII National Championships  to earn All-American honors • CSC Academic All-District • USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete

2024 (Junior): Indoor Track- competed in seven meets • ran the fastest time in the nation in 60 hurdles with a school record time of 8.50 seconds that she set at the UWL Final Qualifier on March 1 • She is second in the region in the high jump with a mark of 1.68 meters (5' 6") that she set at the WIAC Championships on Feb. 24 to earn all-conference honors • USTFCCCA All-Region in both the hurdles and high jump • placed second in the 60 hurdles to earn All-American honors and 11th in the high jump to earn second-team All-American honors at the NCAA DIII National Championships • two-time WIAC Track Athlete of the Week • Outdoor Track- competed in nine meets • season bests in the 100 (12.35) 100H (13.87), and high jump (1.69m) • First-Team All-American in the 100H and the high jump, placed 4th and 7th at the NCAA DIII National Championships • She had the second fastest time in the nation and the top time in the region at 13.65 seconds in the 100 hurdles • She tied for 11^th in nation and won the region in the high jump with a mark of 1.69 meters (5' 6.5") • WIAC Track Athlete of the Week April 22-28 • CSC Academic All-District • USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete

Transferred to UW-Stout following a season at UW-Eau Claire and was eligible to compete immediately in 2024.

2023 (Sophomore): Indoor Track- competed in seven meets • season bests in the ole vault (3.41m) and 60 hurdles (8.69) • placed second at the WIAC Championships in teh 60 hurldes and fourth in the high jump • placed 15th at the NCAA DIII National Championships in the high jump and 18th in the 60H • Outdoor Track- competed in two meets • season bests in the 100 hurdles (14.48) and long jump (5.23m). 

Transferred to UW-Eau Claire following two seasons at UW-Stout and was eligible to compete immediately in 2023.

2022 (Freshman): Indoor Track- competed in eight meets • placed second in 60-hurdles in a photo-finish at NCAA DIvision III Indoor Championship in time of 8.61 seconds, a school record to earn All-American honors • finished third at WIAC Indoor Championship in 60-hurdles and the high jump • USTFCCCA All-Region in 60-hurdles and high jump • USTFCCCA All-Academic honors • Outdoor Track- earned All-America award with seventh place finish at NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship, setting a school-record time of 14.00 seconds in 100-hurdles • second at WIAC Outdoor Championship in 100-hurdles • won WIAC Outdoor title in high jump with leap of 5.4-25 • also ran 100m with career-best time of 13.03 at Drake Alternative • all-region in 100-hurdles and high jump.

Due to COVID-19 the NCAA granted an extra year of eligibility.

2021 (Freshman): Indoor Track- competed in six meets • season bests in the 60 hurdles (8.95), high jump (1.67m), shot put (10.11m) pole vault (3.22m) and pentathlon (3281) • WIAC Track Athlete of the Week winning 60-meter hurdles at the UW-Stout/UW-Eau Claire Dual on Feb. 13, with a time of 8.95 seconds That time set a school record and ranked first in the conference and third in NCAA Division III • earned team's MVP track performer, rookie of the year, and anchor award • Outdoor Track- competed in nine meets • All-American finishing fifth in the 100m hurdles at the 2021 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship in a time of 14.28 seconds, came into the meet seeded 12th, finished seventh in preliminaries with a school record time of 14.23-seconds to qualify for finals • four times broke the school record • also competed at nationals in the high jump, finishing 13th (5-feet, 3.25-inches) • finished second in high jump to earn All-WIAC honors at conference meet (5-4.25) • best jump of the season was second place finish of 5-7 at La Crosse Final Qualifier • selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team

2020 Graduate of Spencer High School • 2019 Wisconsin state 100m hurdles champion • placed fourth (2017), fifth (2018) in high jump at state • placed third (2018) in 100m hurdles, fifth in pole vault (2019) at state • two-time 100m hurdles Cloverbelt Conference champion (2019, 2018), 300m hurdles conference champion (2019), pole vault conference champion (2019), high jump conference champion (2019), member of 400m relay conference champion (2018) • 2019 Cloverbelt Conference scholar-athlete • team was sectional team runner-up.

PERSONAL
From Spencer, Wis. • enjoys swimming, hiking, movies, lightsaber battles, being with friends • daughter of John and Jane Zastrow • sister Leah also competes for UW-Stout, brother Noah won a national championship for the Blue Devils in 2021
