2023 (Junior): Indoor Track- competed in seven meets • season best times in the 200m (23.36), 600m (1:23.03), and 800m (1:57.83)
• placed sixth at the WIAC Championships in the 4x400 relay
• Set a school record in the DMR with teammates Spencer Schultz, Grant Magnuson and Lance Pfrimmer running a 9:55.62 smashing the previous mark by more than 10 seconds at the Wartburg Qualifier
• USTFCCCA All-Region in the DMR

Outdoor Track- competed in five meets
• season best 400 meter time of 49.93
• placed seventh at the WIAC championships in the 4x400 • CSC Academic All-District.
2022 (Sophomore): Indoor Track- competed in six events, running in the 200, 400 and 4x400
• placed fifth in the WIAC Indoor Championship on the 4x400 team

Outdoor Track- competed in seven outdoor meets, running in the 400, 400 hurdles, and 4x400
• set new career bests in the outdoor 400 and 400 hurdles
• ran the 400 hurdles in 57.59 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships.
2021 (Freshman): Indoor Track- competed in five meets, running in 60m, 200m, 400m 4x400-relay
• season best 7.52 in 60m
• finished fifth in 400m (50.76) at WIAC Last Chance Meet

Outdoor Track- competed in nine meets, running 200m, 400m and 4x400-relay
• season best 50.61 in 400m • member of sixth place 4x400-relay team at WIAC championship
• alternate to 4x400-relay at national championship meet
• selected to USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
Due to COVID-19 the NCAA granted an extra year of eligibility.
2020 (Freshman): Indoor Track- competed in five meets, running 200m, 400m, and 800m, along with relays
• member of two relay teams that place at WIAC Championship, the seventh-place DMR (19:36.44) and seventh place 4x400 (3:27.20)
• season-best time of 24.02 in 200m
• season-best 52.01 in placing third in the 400m at the Warren Bowlus Open, Feb. 1
• opened collegiate-career by running 800m (2:02.36) at the UW-Stout Open, Jan. 25
