Dolecki, Blanford, and Kuhn Receive All-WIAC Honors

MADISON - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) announced its 2025 softball awards today, with University of Wisconsin-Stout standouts Payton Dolecki, Anna Blanford, and Stephanie Kuhn earning All-WIAC recognition.

Payton Dolecki, a junior center fielder from Schaumburg, Ill., secured First-Team All-WIAC honors with a career-best .372 batting average. Dolecki tallied 48 hits, including seven doubles and a triple, while scoring 36 runs—second-most in the WIAC—and driving in 10. Her .430 on-base percentage and .442 slugging percentage underscored her offensive prowess, complemented by 19 stolen bases in 20 attempts. Defensively, Dolecki was unmatched in center field, posting a .988 fielding percentage with 77 putouts and eight outfield assists.

Anna Blanford, a senior pitcher from Elmwood, Wis., earned Honorable Mention All-WIAC after a standout season in the circle. Starting 23 games and appearing in 31, Blanford recorded a 12-14 record with a career-low 3.58 ERA. She led the WIAC with 16 complete games and ranked 16th nationally with 154.1 innings pitched. Her 117 strikeouts—65th in the nation—and three shutouts marked personal bests, highlighting her durability and dominance for the Blue Devils.

Stephanie Kuhn, a sophomore designated player from Apple Valley, Minn., received Honorable Mention All-WIAC. Leading Stout with a .397 batting average, Kuhn amassed 46 hits, including 10 doubles and a triple, while driving in 26 runs and scoring 14. Her .500 slugging percentage, .450 on-base percentage, and .950 OPS reflected her offensive consistency. Kuhn's plate discipline shone through, drawing 12 walks against just 11 strikeouts.

Grace Harycki, a freshman from Cornell, Wis., was named to the WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team, recognized for her exemplary character and leadership on and off the field.
