MENOMONIE, Wis. – The UW-Stout men's basketball team opened its 2025–26 season in commanding fashion, defeating Oak Hills Christian, 89–48, Saturday afternoon at Johnson Fieldhouse.

The Blue Devils (1-0) built on a 40–29 halftime lead and dominated the second half, outscoring the Wolfpack 49–19 behind a balanced offensive effort and stifling defense.

Sophomore Domanyck Schwarzenberger led the charge with a career-high 22 points, connecting on 6-of-8 from beyond the arc. Freshman Wesley Mboga made a strong debut in his first collegiate game, scoring 14 points and grabbing eight rebounds.
