The Blue Devils fell to Macalester College (2-6) 88-72 Tuesday night in St. Paul. The Scots started the game on a 9-0 run, and never looked back as their cerebral and efficient offense led them to a 20-point lead at the half. The Blue Devils couldn't get much going offensively, with the exception of
Jacob Walczak, who scored a career-high 26 points on 10-17 shooting. The Blue Devils played a much better second half, getting the lead down to 66-60 with nine minutes left. The Scots were able to make a run of their own in response, and ultimately end with a 16-point victory over UW-Stout.
