The Blue Devils fell in four sets to the seventh ranked Titans Friday night. Stout hit .205 with 15 kills in the first set to take the early lead , but totaled just 20 kills in the final three sets to fall 3-1. Oshkosh jumped out to an early 8-2 lead, but a 9-1 Blue devil run gave Stout a 11-9 edge. Stout wouldn't give up the lead and the scored six of the final seven points to close out set one 25-16. Tied at five in the second, Oshkosh went on a 9-2 run to build an 14-7 lead. The Titans extended the lead to 10 at 20-10 and the teams traded points down the stretch to allow the Titans to tie the match at a set apiece. A 7-0 Titan run midway through the third set broke open an 11-11 tie to allow Oshkosh to build a big lead to take the third set 25-13. The fourth set was tight early on, until another run by the Titans opened a one-point lead to a six-point advantage. That edge was all Oshkosh needed to take the set and the match.
