A second half comeback bid fell short as Stout fell on the road to a ranked Oshkosh team in a low scoring affair. Stout led 8-0 just two and half minutes into the game. But UWO closed on a 15-3 run to lead 15-11 after one quarter of play. UWO continued to stifle Stout in the second quarter, holding the Blue Devils to just seven points in the quarter. Stout opened the third quarter on a 15-0 run to tie the game at 33 with 4:28 left. But Stout couldn't get any more shots to fall and UWO closed on a 9-0 run to lead 42-33 heading into the fourth. Stout was 5-20 fr the field in the fourth and couldn't get any closer than five points as UWO hit free throws down the stretch to pull away.Â
