Baseball Drops Pair to UW-Whitewater

MENOMONIE - The UW-Stout Baseball team drop both games of a doubleheader to UW-Whitewater Saturday afternoon at Wakanda Park. Falling 12-3 in game one and 19-0 in game two. 

GAME ONE
Stout gave up 17 hits and five home runs in the 12-3 loss. The Game was tied at one after the first inning thanks to a Riley Boushack home run. But a four-run fourth and a five-run sixth propelled the Warhawks to a 12-3 win. 

GAME TWO
Stout managed just two hits in the shutout loss. The Warhawks had 23 hits and scored in all but one inning to roll to the 19-0 win. Boushack and Parker Hagebock had the hits for Stout and Dak Doyle pitched 4.2 innings in relief.

The Blue Devils will wrap up their series with the Warhawks on Monday, May 1. First pitch is set for 1 p.m. at Wakanda Park.
