RIVER FALLS - The UW-Stout softball dropped a pair of games to the UW-River Falls Falcons Friday afternoon, Falling 10-1 and 5-2.
GAME 1
A nine-run third inning propelled the Falcons to 10-1 five inning win in game one. Stout had two baserunners through four innings and picked up their only hit in the top of the fifth on a RBi single from
Alyssa Albrecht.
GAME 2
River Falls scored two in the second and added one more in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings to win 5-2 in game two. Stout got on the board with a
Kaylee Peterson single to right center field that scored two in the top of the seventh. Wolterstorff pitched sixth innings, throw 89 pitches and giving up five runs, three of which were earned.
UP NEXT
The Blue Devils will head to La Crosse on Saturday, April 22 for a double header with the UW-La Crosse Eagles. The games are set to start at 2 and 4 p.m.
