Stout sets school record with 19 made 3-point field goals in blowout win

The Blue Devils were on fire from long range Tuesday night. Stout made a school record 19 shots from downtown in the blowout win over Martin Luther. Sydney Brennan tied a school record with eight 3-point field goals. Stout wasted no time getting started when Brennan made her first triple of the day just six seconds into the game after winning the opening tip. Five players scored in double figures and 13 scored as Stout had 31 assists on 39 made field goals. 


Top Performers
  • Sydney Brennan was 8-12 from behind the arc to score a career-high 24 points. 
  • Amanda Giesen scored a 14 points on 5-7 shooting, She grabbed four rebounds and three assists.
  • Raegan Sorensen scored 10 points, six rebounds, four assists, four steals and a block.
  • Allison Letcher scored a career-high 16 points.
  • Rosella Wille had 10 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals.

  • Brennan tied a school record with eight made 3-pt field goals. (Stacie Anderson (1/20/2000) and Shannon Berg (12/17/1998) are the other two Blue Devils to make eight from behind the arc.
  • The 60 point win is just two points shy of the school mark for largest margin of victory (62 vs Crown College 11/15/2011).
