ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. - The Blue Devils cruised to a three set sweep over the Crown College Polars Tuesday night.

After a slow start, the Blue Devils rattled off five straight points to take a 10-6 lead in part thanks to two Kaliey Kline service aces. Stout maintained a slim margin before closing on a 6-2 run to take the first set 25-18. Tied at five in the second, The Blue Devils got two aces from
Lydia Kneubuehl, and two kills each from
Allyssa Ihde and
Kyra Giffen to jump out to a 11-5 lead. Stout scored six of the next seven points to take a commanding 17-7 lead a cruised to a a big 25-15 win. Stout fell behind 10-5 before rallying to take a 16-15 lead. Stout then froze any chance of the Polars stealing a set by closing the match onn a 9-3 run to take the three set win.
