MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Blue Devils out hit and out blocked the Auggies in a four set win Friday Night.

Kyra Giffen sparked a 5-0 run to give the Blue Devils separation early in the first set to go on to a big 25-15 win. Giffen had eight of her career-high 17 kills in the opening set. Augsburg used a 8-1 run midway through the second set to even the match at one. Stout held a 9-8 lead in the third and used a 7-1 run to break open the set. The advantage was all the Blue Devils needed as they went on to win 25-17. Stout held a couple point lead through a majority of the fourth set and was able to answer any push the Auggies had.
Lydia Kneubuehl had an ace to seal the win.
