The Blue Devils upset the 13th ranked Warhawks 72-65 to stay a top the WIAC standings. Giesen (19 points) and Yaeger (17) lead the offensive attack for Stout, as the Blue Devils shot 44.6 percent from the field. Stout started the game fast, outscoring UWW 15-4 in the final five minutes of the first quarter to take 21-10 lead after one quarter of play. Stout shot 53.3 percent in the opening ten minutes. Stout cooled off a bit in the second quarter and UWW trimmed the blue Devils lead to six heading into halftime. A late UWW push in the third quarter had the Warhawks withing one with 10 minutes to play. UWW was able to take a one point lead a couple of times early in the fourth quarter, but the Blue Devils responded each time. The Warhawks led 57-56 with four minutes to play but
Allison Letcher answered with a three-point dagger to give the Devils the lead back. In a flash the Devils were back up by eight points, and Stout hit clutch free thorws down the stretch to secure the win.Â

- Amanda Giesen was 6-10 from the floor for a game-high 19 points.
- Haylee Yaeger scored a season-high 17 points on 7-11 shooting. She added seven rebounds and three steals.Â
- Raegan Sorensen scored nine points, seven rebounds and two steals.
- Anna Mutch scored eight points, six rebounds and four assists.Â
- Abby Belschner scored 17 points, seven rebounds, four blocks and two assists for the Warhawks.Â

- This is the second ranked WIAC team that the Blue Devils have defeated. Back in December Stout beat #19 Oshkosh 66-58 on the road.
