UW-Stout 3, UW-Platteville 2
MENOMONIE (October 8, 2016) - Less than 24 hours after being held to a near career low,
Ashley Pratt pounded down career-best as UW-Stout defeated UW-Platteville in five sets, 3-2, Saturday at Williams Fieldhouse.
Pratt put down a career-high 17 kills as the Blue Devils (10-9, 9-2 WIAC) took a 24-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-27, 15-9 win.
Olivia Jung added 10 kills.
Kennedy Strain finished with six kills, but returned one solo block and assisted on seven.Â
Jessica DuVal recorded 37 assists.
The Pioneers' (6-16, 0-4 WIAC) Allison Jensen recorded 14 kills and Lidia Frias and Amber Williams each had 11 kills.
Stout returns to action Monday, Oct. 10 when they host UW-Superior at 7 p.m.
