Photo GalleryEAU CLAIRE (August 29, 2014) - In a meet that was moved to Eau Claire at the last minute due to impending inclement condisions, St.Norbert College defeated UW-Stout, 9-0 Friday in the Blue Devils' season opener at the Eau Claire YMCA courts.
Danielle Lutz (So, Maple Grove, Minn) took Ashley Randazzo to three sets at No. 6 singles before bowing out, 6-3, 2-6, 10-7.
Angela Braun (Jr, Brookfield) dropped a 6-2, 6-3 decision at No. 1 singles and
Anna Lano (Jr, Chaska, Minn) fell by an identical score at No. 5 singles.
The Blue Devils are scheduled to play four matches in Iowa over the next two days, meeting Luther and Warburg College in Decorah, Iowa, Saturday, Aug. 30, and St. Ambrose and Cornell College in Davenport, Iowa, Sunday, Aug. 31.
