Tennis team knocked off by UW-Oshkosh Titans

MENOMONIE (October 4, 2014) - Emma Pedersen, Kelsey Pedersen and Anna Lano all played out to three sets, but UW-Stout lost a 9-0 decision to UW-Oshkosh on the UW-Stout Courts Saturday.

Emma Pedersen (So, Eau Claire) dropped a 6-1, 2-6, 10-7 decision at No. 3 singles to Llora Waldman, while Kelsey Pedersen (So, Lake Elmo, Minn) lost a 4-6, 7-5, 10-7 decision right next door at No. 4 singles to Hannah Bostwick. Anna Lano (Jr, Chaska, Minn) lost at No. 6 singles, 6-4, 6-7, 10-2.

Kelsey Pedersen and Danielle Lutz (So, Maple Grove, Minn) were edged at No. 3 doubles, 8-6.

Stout will be at UW-Stevens Point, Friday, Oct. 10 at 3 p.m., then will close the regular season Saturday, Oct. 18 when they are at UW-Whitewater.
