MENOMONIE (October 13, 2012) - UW-Stout closed out their regular dual season wit ha 9-0 loss to nationally ranked and defending conference champion UW-Whitewater Saturday in the Sports & Fitness Center.
Elizabeth Lehnertz (Jr, Cary, Ill) and
Jadie Hurlburt (Fr, Durand) took several points from their opponents, Lehnertz falling at No. 4 singles, 6-2, 6-3, and Hurlburt at No. 5 singles, 6-2, 6-2.
The Blue Devils will be the host school for the WIAC Women's Tennis Championships, Oct. 20-21, at UW-Madison.
