La Crosse flies through Blue Devil lineup

MENOMONIE (October 15, 2011) - UW-La Crosse flew through UW-Stout's line-up as the Blue Devils closed out their regular season with a 9-0 loss to the Eagles Saturday.

Katie Sorensen (Jr, Neenah) was defeated 6-3, 6-1, by Olivia Hartwick at No.. 3 singles and Elizabeth Lehnertz (So, Cary, Ill) was beaten at No. 6 singles by Katie Schultz, 6-1, 6-2.

The Blue Devils will close out the regular season when they compete at the WIAC Championships, Oct. 22-23 in Madison.
