MENOMONIE (October 7, 2008) - Allie Hinman (So, Lino Lakes, Minn) was a double winner as UW-Stout lost a conference dual match to UW-Eau Claire, 6-3, Tuesday at the Sports & Fitness Center.
Hinman, who ran her record to 7-2 overall, defeated Gina Dahl, 7-6 (8-6), 6-3, at No. 1 singles, then teamed with Amanda O'Keefe (Fr, Stillwater, Minn) at No. 1 doubles to defeat Dahl and partner Courtney Lynne, 8-2.
Lindsey Luberda (Jr, Champlin, Minn) was Stout's other winner, taking a 6-3, 4-6, 10-2 win over Michelle Reinders at No. 5 singles.
Stout (3-5, 1-3) is off until Thursday, Oct. 16 when they travel to UW-La Crosse. The Blugolds extended their record to 8-3, 4-1.
