Erin Kasper

UW-STOUT (2024-Present)


Erin Kasper joined UW-Stout track and field coaching staff in September 2024, coaching jumps.

2025: Indoor: Hannah Zastrow and Lawson Davis both were named second-team All-WIAC in the long jump. Davis Zastrow and Jenna Driscoll (long jump) were all named USTFCCCA All-Region. Hannah Zastrow placed sixth at the NCAA Division III Indoor National Championship to earn All-American honors. Davis finished 19th. Outdoor: Hannah Zastrow was the WIAC Champion in the high jump clearing 1.68 meters. 
Jack Rwas first in the region in the triple jump and Hannah Zastrow was second in the high jump to earn USTFCCCA All-Region recognition. 
At the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships, Hannah Zastrow was the national runner up with a personal best, and second best mark in school history, clearing 1.71 meters to be named First-Team All-American. Jack Roeber placed eighth in the men's triple jump with a mark of 14. 89 meters (48' 10.25") to earn first-team All-American honors. He also placed 14th in the long jump to earn USTFCCCA second-team All-American.
 

COACHING CAREER



Baldwin Wallace (2021-24): Kasper returned to her alma mater in the fall of 2021 as an assistant coach to work in conjunction with BW Jumps Coach Todd Swisher for the high/long/triple jump program.

2024 Indoor/Outdoor: Christian Pfeiffer was the NCAA DIII Indoor National Champion in high jump. He placed third at the NCAA DIII Outdoor Championship to earn All-American honors. Pfeiffer was the Indoor/Outdoor OAC High Jump Champion. He cleared season bests of 2.10m and 2.12m respectively. Drexton Friscone was OAC Triple Jump Champion. He jumped a personal best of 14.08m.

2023 Indoor/Outdoor: Christian Pfeiffer was the Indoor and Outdoor OAC High Jump Champion and qualified to his first Indoor/Outdoor NCAA Division III Championships, clearing bests of 2.03m and 2.05m respectively.

Amherst Steele High School (2019-24): Kasper coached Jumps and wrote the Strength Program for the Sprint/Hurdle/Jump groups. Highlights include Caleb Stempowski (SWC High/Long Jump Champion; Indoor All-Ohio; 3 time NB National Qualifier), Chaley Younkin (SWC High Jump/100m Hurdle Champion; School Record; Indoor All-Ohio).
Norwalk High School (2019-24):  Kasper worked as a high school science teacher in Norwalk, Ohio while coaching at both the high school and collegiate levels. She taught Biology and Environmental Science.
 

PLAYING CAREER


 

Baldwin-Wallace (2015-17):  Kasper competed in the High, Long, and Triple Jump for Baldwin Wallace University. Kasper was 2017 Indoor/Outdoor OAC High Jump Champion and 2015/2016 Indoor/Outdoor All-OAC Kasper was part of the 2016 NCAA DIII Indoor National Championship-Winning Team with teammates Kim Gallavan and Melanie Winters. Kasper placed sixth in the high jump to earn All-American honors. Kasper competed personal best marks of 1.70m in high jump, 5.57m in long jump, and 10.88m in triple jump.With a cumulative 4.0 GPA Kasper was a CoSIDA Academic All-American and the 2017 Bonnie Raye Scholar Athlete Award recipient.
Ashland University (2013-14): Indoor 60-meter hurdles season-best time of 9.58. Indoor high jump season-best mark of 5'5". Indoor 4x400-meter relay season-best time of 4:23.81

Marion Steele High School: Kasper was a four-year letterwinner in track and field. She received Academic All-Southwestern Conference honors and was a Academic All-Ohio selection.
 

PERSONAL



Kasper graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2017 with a B.A. in Exercise Science. She earned her teaching license in K-12 Integrated Science through The Ohio State University. Kasper is a native of Amherst, Ohio. She lives with her fiancé, Jay, and their 1-year-old mini Australian Shepherd, Indy.
