2022-23 (Senior):  saw action in 14 matches at No. 1 singes, with an 8-6 record • went 8-7 in No. 1 doubles, 14 of the matches she was partnered up with Ellie Baker • finished fifth in No.1 singles at the WIAC tournament and fourth in No. 1 doubles • CSC Academic All-District Selection.

2021-22 (Junior): saw action in nine matches at No. 1 singles and nine matches at No. 1 doubles • went 6-3 at singles and 5-4 at doubles with partners Mariah Kent, Annie, Sandry, and Ellie Becker • finished fourth at No. 1 singles and 5th at No. 1 doubles with Annie Sandry at the WIAC championship • went 2-1 at No. 1 singles in spring meets • went 2-1 at No. 1 doubles with partner Ellie Becker • ITA Scholar-Athlete • WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

2020-21 (Sophomore): competed in all eight matches, posted a 5-3 overall record at No. 1 singles • recorded four match winning streak from April 11-20 • played No. 1 doubles along with Annie Sandry.

2019-20 (Freshman): competed in 12 single matches and 12 doubles matches with Elizabeth Wentzel • Earned a No. 3 seed in No. 2 seed singles • Earned No. 5 seed at No. 1 doubles with Elizabeth Wentzel • Led UW-Stout at the WIAC Tennis Championship, finishing third at No. 2 singles • Couves placed third when she defeated No. 1 seed Olivia Kraft in the third place match, taking the match 6-3, 6-4.

BEFORE STOUT
2019 graduate of Ames High School • placed fourth in 2A singles at 2018 Iowa State Tournament, falling to eventual state champion • selected to Des Moines Registers All-Iowa Elite Team • high school won Iowa team state title.
